In 1998 I undertook my first professional qualification in Registered Mental Health nursing,(RMN) at St Martin's College, Lancaster. Since that time i have worked in a multitude of different clinical settings developing therapeutic interventions for service users and their families, in NHS, prison service and private sector.

In 2004 I undertook a Bsc(Hons) in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, at St Martin's College, which helped develop my skills and knowledge when treating people within a CBT framework.

After this I gained several years experience working in both the private and public sector, providing structured Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to individuals who have experienced a variety of mental health problems.

I am constantly updating my skills and knowledge base by attending conferences and workshops to ensure that my clients receive the most up to date treatment possible. Moreover I undertake regular supervision to ensure that the treatment I provide is within both current guidelines and theoretical approaches.
